Help Regarding Boot error

Today I was trying to clear the windows 7 through easy bcd and the by mistakely I formatted the partiton , then I downloaded iso of windows 7 and made it bootable then I entered the advance option for repair there u wiped the data of system partition that Is C:\ drive so now I am facing error that 0xc00000e9 and no operating system present so I can't access f8 or f10 so what should I do?
