help me find the best intel grafics card driver which supports open gl 2.0 above low end pc

HI for some days i tried to use android emulator but it cant install because my grafics card drivers only support open gl 1.4.I tried using add legecy hard ware option in device management in win 7 it shows so many Graphics driver which should i select which support open gl 2.0 above and i am recently using intel g31/33 chip set family driver . my grafics card is low end
