Hello All,I switched on my old laptop which runs on Win8 after about one and half months. Its battery is dead and it cannot be switched on with battery in, so the battery is removed permanently. When I switched it on this morning, it quickly jumped into the Windows log-in screen, when I typed the pin, none of letters appeared in the box, the mousepointer moves and clicks, then I try to enter the other sign-in options, same, none of letters appeared in the box.
