Windows Search, DISM and Task Scheduler are not working

Hello,Today, I have a few problems, for which I need help.1. DISM2. Windows Search3. Task Scheduler4. Clean Upgrade Problem1. DISM, the Deployment Image Servicing and Management Tool isn't working for me. It usually throws the error `0x800f081f` for no Source Files found. To fix that, I made an ISO with Media Creation Tool, and mounted it to use it as a Source. But, when I ran `DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:ESD:H:\sources\install.esd`, it still shows the same error that the Source Files are not found.2.
