List of programs installed through CMD.

Hi.I tried to make a list with all the programs installed in Windows through console (both CMD and Powershell). In the versions of Windows 8 to 10 there is a command that returns the list that I look for, this is the command:Get-Package -ProviderName Programs, msiBut in the previous versions of windows I have not found any command that works correctly for me.
