Sound quality of Bluetooth devices

Hi,So i am currently using Ralink Bluetooth 4.0 adapter and the setup all went fine but when i connected my bluetooth headphones to my laptop the sound quality was horrible I have done nearly everything what google had said i disabled the microphone,disabled the handfree telephony but the sound quality stays very bad please help me out
