HP Elitebook 8440p Very Hot

Hi, I tried posting this question in the HP forums, but no one responded, so here goes:I have an HP Elitebook 8440p that blows out extreme hot air no matter what I do, I just opened and cleaned the computer today and it didn't really help, the thermal paste is also quite new so I'm not exactly sure what's wrong... The table is real hot after just 30 minutes. Any thoughts?
