Windows 10 Pro - 64 crashes with black screen, no response to mouse, keyboard and front button of PC when using ACDSee Ultimate 2020

Hello, unfortunately, Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit always crashes with a black screen (CPU-fan also turns off) and does not react to anything: keyboard input, CTRL+Alt+Del, front power button. I can only turn it off via the power switch at the back. Everything else works well, it only happens with ACDSee Ultimate 2020.
