Function keys , f10, f11 not working Windows 7 Ultimate

Hi, Function keys from F7 , F8 F10, F11, F12 are not working in my Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit OS laptop. Please advise URGENTLY. I checked the keyboard drivers, they are updated , see attached.Note: Few months ago. I have installed VS 2019 of my laptop
