How do I replace Win 10 and install Win 7 Pro

My Dell laptop has was upgraded to Win 7 to Win 10. After installation the computer is very slow. I also have some programs like Microsoft Digital image and others that will not load and run. I would like to reinstall Win 7 Pro.At this point its either buy a new laptop on just run Win 10
