Any employee recently took their work PC home so that they could WFH. The computer was able to access our ftp server when at the office (either by typing the path into the address bar of file explorer or by using filezilla). Now that the PC is in their home they keep getting messages saying that they don't have permission to access the server. It is not a permission issue because the passwords have not changed.They've tried everything in this article (Windows 10 FTP client not working [FIX]), but nothing seems to work.Any tips would be appreciate
