slow video playback. takes a long time to open browser .

i am using windows 7 and microsoft edge for a browser.. so when i go to open browser it seams to take forever at least 2 to 3 min. it also did it when i was using google... when want to watch a video on say hulu or netflix or even amazon prime.. the video will play for a good 15 seconds then quick pause and will do that over and over.. some times it will do it a few time and then it will be semi ok.. please help..
