I have windows 7 ultimate in my toshiba laptop. Unfortunately I cannot use Google Chrome or other browsers, even I cannot update the previous one. There is Chromium ( I don't where I got it from, I guess it's malware).Whenever I try to open other browsers my laptop gets disconnected to internet. I cannot update Windows. Windows defender is off when try to turn it on an error message appears. I want to make my laptop new as it was when I bought it, new windows 7 ultimate with default settings and no other file.
