Factory reset windows notebook rv511 year model 2011

How do I hard reset my windows notebook PC rv511 without a password reset disk OR access to the administrator account? I am the administrator and i forgot my password. I don't care to lose all of the content on the PC (pictures, apps, etc,) just so long as I can get it reset.
