Slow Performance after 9/1/2008 Windows Updates

Hi there,
Out network seems to be rather slow, comparing to yestarday.
Tonight our servers and workstations installed the updates thru our wsus3
server.
Especially our Cluster (Fileserver, Printserver and DHCPServer) that have
all our users homes, seems to be slower than usual.
It doens't seem to be a problem acessing data on out Storage because locally
(on the servers) everything seems ok.
Today, installing software with GPOs is rather slow, also.

Speaking with a colegue of mine he tells me that the backups of a Exchange
Cluster ran 1/10 of the usual performance last night (i didn't notice that
but my backup server is a Linux).

Is it a common problem? Affecting servers, clusters and workstations?

Thanks.

Pedro,

Did you ever figure out this problem? We have come across this just
recently and it is not helping out our Vista deployment project.

Thank you,

Yes,

We had no SP2 on the cluster nodes, so the update just made things a
little stranger. After upgrading both nodes to SP2, all went fine.

Hope it helps.
