windows 7 screen turns yellow

hello everyonei am a user of windows 7 ultimate. i have seen from the lest 2-3 months the display screen is not white it has turned slightly yellow. i have uninstalled and reinstalled net work adopter 2 - 3 times but nothing changed. as we see in windows 7 ad the screen is fully white and bright my screen has also become dull. please help me.THANK YOU IN ADVANCE :)
