I've been attempting to download an exe. file but get the following, "Install.exe was blocked because it could harm your device". The exe file is safe so I've gone into Defender / App & Browser Control / Reputation based protection / Potentially unwanted app blocking and turned off Block Apps & Block downloads. This didn't help so I went into Edge and turned off Microsoft Defender Smartscreen & Block potentially unwanted apps. This did nothing to fix the problem. If any (even scammers) have a fix for this, please do advise. (I've also disabled Norton to no avail)
