svchost.exe (netsvcs) does not let my program to show GUI

Most often my programs dont show any GUI , if i analyze the wait chain then it shows that it is waiting for svchost.exe (netsvcs).Ending that task shows GUI,but as it is a system process so i shouldn't stop it.How do i fix it?
