Y does sharing my only local W7 account (e.g., c:\users\AccountName on makes c:\users accessible to all on LAN)?

I only want my AccountName account! Am I missing something? I'm accessing W7's share from a new 64-bit W10 Pro PC.Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)
