Windows Security not accepting password - Outlook 2010

I have added a 365 exchange account to my local workstation. I entered in all the info and received the message that the email account was successfully configured (network connection established, etc)I have to restart Outlook for the changes to take effect, but upon relaunch the Windows Security window opens up asking for my credentials and when I enter it nothing happens. The email password I am using is the same that was entered when I added the account in the first place. The window keeps popping up and I cannot access Outlook or the new account I added.Any workarounds? All of my update
