Hi,I have a Asus laptop. The start-up of the laptop is completely fine. Even the windows 10 lock screen comes and I can login using my fingerprint as well as pin.But, after I enter the password, the laptop takes 20-30 seconds to proceed. It usually used to take only 1-2 seconds (not a typo). After taking me to the main screen, I see only my wallpaper (which is solid black colour). The taskbar and icons aren't working. Also, any of the shortcuts that have the windows key in it (like windows key + R, windows key + k etc.) aren't working. The only shortcuts that work are: Ctrl + Alt + delete and
