I am trying to install .Net Framework v 4.8 runtime on my Windows 7 , 64 bit. I am repeatedly getting this error.What I have already done:Checked system requirementsService pack 1 is installedDon't have any other 4.x version installed Installed "MicrosoftRootCertificateAuthority2011"
