Hello ,this is how the problem startedmy laptop crash and i used my another laptop to install win 10 pro , what I did'nt knew was that the iso I had downloaded was a pirated copy of the original windows 10 pro but as soon as I found out that it was pirated i installed the genuine iso from the microsoft store . But after almost using it for 2 hours (on battery) it suddenly went off I and didint turned on until I plugged the charger after that I fully drained my laptops battery and charged it to 100 (as i read in an article ) to recalibrate my battery but it didnt work . Please help me with how
