How to kill the "Windows Hello is not setup" notification

Hello from a warm and sunny Costa Rica.Here is my problem;This message pops up every time after starting my PC. I don´t want to set up Hello, I´m the only user.The "delete" button is not available in Hello or pin set up so that solution doesn´t work.The Register modification:Type Regedit and hit the Enter key. When the Registry Editor opens, navigate to the following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Settings\AllowSignInOptions. In the right pane, double click on the DWORD entry named value set it to 0.Does not do the trick either.Please advice to get rid of
