Are there any free Windows 10 upgrades currently available?

I have a Toshiba laptop I bought from a friend several years ago that has Windows 7 Pro installed. I bought it mainly to help him out and figured it wouldn't hurt to have a spare on the shelf. I recently pulled it out and dusted it off and decided to put it to work. It is working fine with Windows 7 but I'm considering updating it to Windows 10. Are there any free Windows 10 upgrades still available?
