missing display and network drivers

Hello, I badly need your help. I accidentally uninstalled something that goes "intel graphics", now i cannot fint a way to reinstall it. i cannot adjust the brightness which really hurts my eyes so much when i look at the screen. also my PC cannot connect to wireless networks, only to the ethernet. how can i fix this?
