Windows settings keeps crashing after a few seconds and Windows Mixed Reality is in infinite boot loop but both work fine in other users

Whenever I launch settings it crashes after 2-4 secondsMixed reality portal keeps playing the booting sound over and over and the pc is unusable until the headset is disconnected because it keeps forcing the mouse to the middle of the screenI made a new user just to see if it would work and somehow it's fine there. WMR works and settings don't crash. I have no idea on how to sort this and it literally happened out of nowhere after booting up the next day.
