Errors upgrading win 7 to win 10

I have a Dell Inspiron N5110 Intel core i5 processor 64 bit win 7.Trying to install win 10, at the very end of the process I get an error:"Failed in the SAFE-OS phase with an error during the replicate-OSoperation" and the codes 0x8007001F - 0x20006 I hope someone can tell me what this means and what I can do about it.
