Windows 7 Home Prem Product Key Not Working

I am trying to download Windows 7 ISO file but the Windows site is not verifying my product key, which is a sticker by Microsoft on the back of my device. the issue I'm facing is "BOOTMNGR missing press ctr+del to restart"so i am trying to download ISO file to i can reboot from usb and download Windows 7 home prem fresh install ..if you have any suggestion please help thanks in advance. best, Hani
