Intel(R) Trusted Execution Engine Interface driver & Intel(R) Management Engine Interface driver problems

I am writing the same issue the 3rd time here But cannot fine a single solution rather than updating deivers, reinstalling I have also tried clean installation Windows Crash during Start up because of Intel(R) Management - Microsoft CommunityIf i use older drivers , it says Intel(R) Trusted Execution Engine Interface driver has failed to perform handshake with the Firmware (FWSTS0: 0x00104191, FWSTS1: 0x153B2100).if i use the new driver, it saysIntel(R) Management Engine Interface driver has failed to perform
