I have problems loading programs onto my windows 7 machine too. i get an error "vc-RuntimeMinimum_x86. not found. I had a failure of the os a while back and i can't install the replacement reader for Adobe PDF's, and other items. Should I reinstall windows 7 repair the os or reinstall windows 7.0 and clear the disk after i backup files to an external device?
