No high performance option in Dell Vostro 3500 i5 11 gen Intel Xe iris

I can't find high performance in power option advance / power management.I tried looking at create power plan .I looked in regedit there was no csenable and i created and restart still no change I use the cmd mode using command powercfg -duplicatescheme 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c still no change .
