unable to access apps or browser with main account

Hello, I realize this is my fault for setting the computer up this way but I cant seem to undo. I set up my account with the users birthday "01/01/21". it is a company computer with public access. I now have given myself parental controls to my main or "parent" account. I have created new accounts with an of age birthday but still cannot access certain apps. I've followed the microsoft prompts but with no success.
