About upgrading OEM Win7 to OEM Win10 and changing the hard disk at the same time.

I would like to reinstall Win 10 in my old laptop. The laptop previously using OEM Win 7, but the hhd not working well.So I changed to ssd and install Win 10. But I can't activate the Window. I only got the OEM Win 7 window product id. how should I do?Thank you very much.
