Reciving multiple error codes after computer crashes randomly.

As i am on my computer, at random times my computer will freeze. 1-2 minutes after it will show a blue screen of death with different error codes. I assume its a faulty os ssd but im not ready to buy a new computer just yet. If anybody is able to read this dump file and figure out exactly is the problem it would be very much appricated.
