Samsung R530 - Windows 7 Battery not working !

Hi ! I have a problem with my battery i have tryed everything i can but still I cant get it to work!What my problem is that when i take off the charger off the computer it will turn off like there is no battery percent left(isntant shut down) and it wont charge it will allways stay at 9% battery no matter what I do to try and fix the problem.I came here to see if i can find any anwers.
