How do I repair corrupted Windows 7?

Win 7 Pro prob started with an error about the non-genuine program (false). The troubleshooter will not launch. I have plenty of Ram, SSD drive is fine, 2nd HD plenty of space all defragged. Is there any program that will search and replace corrupted update files or walk me thru a fix? Now Win7 doesn't want to do anything (won't shut down, doesn't run SuperFetch, etc.) I'm in trouble here!
