Ipega controller is not connecting

hey guys, my problem is, i try to connect my controller ipega on my laptop but is not working, for some reason my laptop find the controller as a bluetooth device, but then i have to wait install the drivers and in this moment my controller just turn off automatically and my windows says "the driver is install" after that i try to connect again and just happen the same thing (english is not my first language btw) i use windows 7 , 64 bits
