Windows 7 became not genuine after trying to install Windows 10

Hi, I was recently given a pc that had a Windows 7 32-bit with license. I made sure it was activated. I actually regret not taking a screenshot of the activated status.I wanted to go from Windows 7 32-bit to Windows 10 32-bit and then upgrade to Windows 10 64-bit (to fully use the RAM).I downloaded the MediaCreationTool and chose to keep my files and applications and confirmed.
