how to remove write protection

hello everyone,recently, to copy a file larger than 4GB I formatted my pen drive from fat32 to NTFS. I started to copy the file and it was going well but suddenly a message pops up saying that the pendrive is write protected and stops the process. I tried every possible way to remove the write protection but nothing went right. could anyone help me out of this problem.Thank you in advance.
