How do I get a refund for being charged for a product I did not receive.

I purchased in game currency through the Microsoft store for ROBLOX, and I was prompted with the message that they could not complete the transaction only to find that they still charged me the amount for the in game currency without giving me the in game currency, and the cherry on top is Microsoft support throws me in an infinite loop of requesting assistance through bots and I can't request a refund directly from the transactions tab because Microsoft policy doesn't allow refunds for those kinds of transactions.TL;DR : Microsoft charged me for a product I didn't receive and can't refund and
