When right clicking NVIDIA icons on taskbar, keyboard layout seems to switch

First off, for all I know it could be an issue with just Microsoft IME instead. Anyways, while my keyboard layout was switched to Japanese, I decided to see what processes were using my graphics card since its fan (I am using a laptop, that's why there's just a single fan) was spinning pretty fast (turns out I accidentally left the option to spin the fan at max RPM on). However, when I tried to open the window, I accidentally right clicked.
