Windows 10 blocking cookies

I tried to Sign in to windows 10 on my account and its says We cant sign you in. Your browser is currently set to block cookies. You need to allow cookies to used this service. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer that tell us when your signed in. To learn more how to allow cookies , Check the online help in your browser. Can someone help me cause i need to sign in to windows but i cant.
