I installed Windows 7, but the sound disappeared, what should I do?

After reinstalling Windows 7, I lost the sound.In the tray, a cross is drawn on the speaker and that's it.The recording devices have: A microphone, a microphone and a Lin. EntrancePlayback devices, writes nothing is installed!
