Microsoft flight simulator joystick

Hello. My name is JOhn, and i need help.I bought a Thrustmaster USB joystick, here is the webpage: Thrustmaster USB PC Joystick, Black: Amazon.de: Games have connected it to MSFS 2020, but it doesnt work!I opened the settings, and i see, that the joystick has no controls. But theJoystick is working on X-plane and google earth simulator. Can someone? help me please
