Hello there Microsoft team.I would like to simply give a suggestion for the future.Recently I had the need to help my grandfather regain access to his computer, his account as an administrator account and he was using Windows 10. In his old age, he forgot his email address password, he forgot his password, pin, and even had a different phone number from the time he made his Microsoft account.I have a secondary administrator account on his computer that I can use to log in and browse his files, however, how come when I go to "Family and Other Users" to manage his user account, I can't even chan
