Hello all, recently I've been experiencing an odd issue while using my laptop. While browsing, I noticed that the cursor would randomly change to have the loading icon next to it for about a second or so and go away. I was curious to see what was slowing down my computer in the background and opened up task manager. It took a few times to catch it since whatever was slowing down the computer seemed to be completely random when it occurred, but I eventually found out that it was 'system interruptions' topping off at 100% CPU usage for just a second or two before going back to normal.
