I have an XP Dell PC I can no longer run Word or Excel 2010 on. I get the following error:"The procedure entry point GetFinalPathNameByHandleW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"followed by"The operating system is not presently configured to run this application."I thought it was a hardware issue I'm not interested in fixing and since I don't use my XP system much (I have a Windows 10 Dell now) I have just ignored it for quite some time.
