Earlier today I tried installing Slack. After battling with Microsoft Defender to allow me to even run the setup.exe it came up with this error:Screenshot Did some research about the side-by-side and said to reinstall/update redistributables. Well, I've been trying all afternoon and it's not working. Saying 0x80070570 - The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. I've uninstalled all of them. Rebooted several times and ran sfc scannow or whatever it was and nothing is working. I'm not sure what to do since I can't find any posts that are both about the 0x80070570 error and
