I suppose it will be resolved when MSN renews or updates its agreement with
Webroot so that subscribers can upgrade. (Tell MSN how you feel about this
via your usual feedback channels.)

I just read the page cited by Berit: One of the workarounds is to uninstall
KB943302 via Add/Remove Programs. You could do that, but then you'll need
to tweak your Automatic Updates settings (select the Notify Only) option so
that KB943302 doesn't install again.
